The sample’s abrasion performance is evaluated after the specified number of reciprocating rubbing in the given conditions.
The horizontal arm of this machine has 5 adjustable moving distances: 0.5”, 1”, 2”, 3” and 4”. Other special moving distances can also be customized. The test cycles can be set freely, and the maximum can be set at 999,999 cycles. The grinding head’s abradant may need to be replaced during the test. The arm’s moving speed can be adjusted from 2 to 75 cycles / min, among which 2 cycles / min, 15 cycles / min, 25 cycles / min, 30 cycles / min, 40 cycles / min, 60 cycles /min are the standard moving speed of the TABER. The load of the sample can be adjusted freely during the test. The standard maximum load includes a Test rod 350 g and three pieces of weights of 250g. Users can also customize weights according to their test requirements.
