Electric Muffle Furnace is also referred to as the muffle oven or ashing furnace used for the special baking or ashing processing at a rampant temperature as high as 1800℃. It also includes 1000°C, 1200°C, 1400°C, 1700°C and other different maximum temperatures for users to choose from.

The benchtop muffle oven is an ideal device for sintering, melting, analyzing, and researching metal, nonmetal, and other compound materials. It is concretely applicable to electronic components, plastic, rubber, chemicals, knives, steel, fossil fuels, cement, ceramic, building materials, fire-resistant materials, etc.

This Fuffle oven is mainly made up of a furnace chamber, heating elements, temperature measuring elements and temperature controller.

The highly purified aluminum oxide ceramic fiberboard with excellent fire resistance is used to form the furnace lining, featuring high-temperature resistance, good heat preservation performance, and energy saving. The furnace shell adopts a double-layer air-cooled structure to ensure the surface temperature is close to ambient temperature during use.

The heating elements are placed in the chamber. The elements are made of different materials according to different temperature requirements, including nickel-chromium alloy wire, high-quality silicon carbide rods or high-quality silicon-molybdenum rods ensuring a fast temperature rise. The equipment uses three different thermocouples of type K, type S and type B to measure temperature based on different limit temperature values. The temperature control system adopts PID control with high-temperature control accuracy. 30-segment programmings can be set to realize fully automatic heating, heat preservation and cooling.
