AT-P8004-I Corrugating Medium Vertical Fluter Manufacturer

Concora Medium Fluter is specially used for making standard corrugating samples when determining the flat crush resistance or edge crush resistance of corrugating medium after laboratory fluting. It is an indispensable instrument for judging the quality and performance of corrugated fibreboard and corrugated boxes in the packaging industry.

It meets the requirements of ISO 7263 and ISO 16945.

This fluter is coupled with the AT-P8004-H Rack and Comb and AT-P8004 Compression Testing Machine When conducting the flat crush resistance test of corrugating medium after laboratory fluting, and matched with AT-P8004-G and AT-P8004 compression testing machine when performing the edge crush resistance test of corrugating medium after laboratory fluting.

This fluter’s core part is a pair of matched steel corrugating rolls. The roll temperature keeps at 175℃ ± 8℃ during One roll is motor-driven at 4.5 r / min and the rolls are held in mesh by a force of 100 N applied between the rolls and distributed uniformly across the teeth under specified conditions.
