Electromagnetic Vibration Table

Electromagnetic Vibration Table is used to simulate vibration environments by means of electromagnetic induction principle for components, products, or materials, allowing for testing of how they handle vibrations in real-world scenarios and knowledge of the durability, integrity and performance under vibration conditions.

An electromagnetic vibration table consists of a flat platform coupled with an electromagnetic system. When activated, this system generates vibrations across a wide frequency range. The technology utilized here allows for both precise control over vibration parameters and the ability to replicate different environmental conditions, making it a valuable instrument for stress testing a variety of materials and components.

This is an economical vibration test instrument. If you want a premium version with higher precision and diversity of parameters , please click on the Electromagnetic Vibration Test System to learn more.

Our electromagnetic vibration tables support vibration testing of samples in the X, Y and Z directions. ”X” means the table vibrates in the right and left directions, “Y” means the table vibrates up and down, and “Z” means the table vibrates in the front and back directions. You are allowed to freely choose any one from X, Y and Z to perform the testing. The device contains fixed frequency and sweep frequency. The fixed frequency means the table vibrates at a constant frequency, and the sweep frequency allows the table to vibrate at dynamic frequencies. In sweep mode, you can also select half wave or full wave. The “half wave” allows the table to vibrate automatically from the preset start frequency to the preset end frequency with the specified preset period of time. The “Full wave” allows the table to vibrate automatically from the start frequency to the end frequency, then return to the start frequency in the same amount of time to achieve at least one loop with the specified duration.

The vibrator supports fixed value mode and program mode. In Fixed Value Mode, you can only set up a fixed test program in one direction, while in Program Mode, you can set up to 10 segments of sub-programs, i.e., you can customize different directions of X/Y/Z, set up multiple vibration test methods with different parameters in different directions, and finally realize the seamless connection of different segment to complete the whole test.

The test interface displays in real time the table’s vibration frequency, vibration direction, running status and current running segment (for program mode), and has a dynamic curve graph of frequency over time. When the test time is reached, the system automatically stops. We have installed several amplitude indicators on the sides of the table. During the test you only need to look horizontally at the corresponding indicator to clearly see the amplitude of the vibration table.
