Bag Handle Strength & Durability Testing Machine
Plastic Bag Lifting Fatigue Tester is designed to evaluate the durability and structural integrity of bag handles and seams under repeated stress. By simulating real-world usage through vertical vibration and rhythmic lifting, this machine determines the fatigue resistance of shopping bags, garbage bags, and woven carriers when filled with a specified load.
Equipped with a high-precision microcomputer control system, the tester automatically executes up-and-down cycles at a standard frequency (typically 2-3 Hz) until failure occurs or the preset cycle count is reached. This equipment is an essential quality control tool for packaging manufacturers and inspection agencies to ensure compliance with relevant standards and to prevent handle failure during consumer use.
Test Principle
Simulants (such as sand, rice grains, etc.) equivalent to the nominal load are placed in the sample bag and then hung at the specified position of the testing machine. The machine is turned on and the test is performed 3600 times with an amplitude of (30±2)mm and a frequency of 2.2Hz. Whether the bag body and the handle are damaged is observed. The number of tests is three.
