Three-roller calenders are often used for sheet production, while four-roller calenders can produce thinner products. Generally speaking, the more rollers there are, the more times the material is calendered, so that thinner, more uniform and smoother products can be produced. According to the arrangement of rollers, we can provide L-shaped arrangement, horizontal arrangement and vertical arrangement. The calender is equipped with an unwinding device, a traction and rewinding device to automatically unwind and collect finished sheets. The device is driven by an independent servo motor with good synchronization performance. The human-machine interaction unit of the machine is a color touch screen that supports PLC intelligent control. There are various buttons and parameter input boxes on the screen that allow you to easily enter instructions and control the operation of the machine. The real-time operation data of the machine will be displayed on the screen.
