This manual compression tester is used to perform compression testing of forces up to 500 N. It features a digital push pull gauge to collect, analyze, and display test data. And it is able to be equipped with different compression attachments to allow for tests on various materials with diverse dimensions.

The compression testing machine has a minimalist structure and a single column on the stand to withstand all the forces applied during the test. This manual compression tester has a lever-operated mechanism to actuate the movable module connected to a force measuring device.

It only requires you to handle the lever resembling an iron bar to press the specimen. With the help of the principle of leverage, The maximum force of 500 N can easily be loaded on the specimen, which is very convenient for users to complete the test. There is a limit screw on the stand, which allows you to set the maximum pressing height. Besides, the height of the entire assembly attached to the column can be adjusted freely up and down along the column to accommodate different testing applications.

There are multiple capacities from 2 N to 500 N available in the digital force gauge from AMADE TECH. The measuring error is within 0.5 % of full scale. There are different force units of lbf / gf / N / Kgf for you to select from. All parameters and indicators are displayed on an LCD. You can choose Real-time mode, PEAK mode or AUTO PEAK mode when conducting the test. The maximum force applied will be held when in peak mode. Multiple test data can be stored in the gauge for recall. The user can set the upper and lower limits according to the test needs. When these values are exceeded during the test, the machine will automatically alarm. A special RS 232 communication cable is configured, which enables you to connect the gauge to a personal computer for data output.

The real-time forces vs. time will be plotted as dynamic graphs displayed on the computer screen. It allows you to view, analyze and save them conveniently. A rechargeable battery powers this gauge. Because it uses a low-power chip and has an excellent circuit design, It is very power-efficient and durable. In addition to the rechargeable battery as the power source, you can directly use the AC adapter to connect to the power supply and charge it simultaneously.
