The IP67 testing equipment is designed to verify the dustproof and waterproof performance of products, strictly adhering to international protection rating standards IEC60529 and ISO 20653. The equipment simulates a dust-sealed environment (IP6X dustproof) and brief immersion conditions (IPX7 waterproof), helping you accurately assess the sealing and durability of electronic components, outdoor equipment, or industrial products.
Our IP6X dustproof testing equipment features a box-type structure. The upper part has a sealed test chamber with a door, the internal dimensions of which can be customized according to sample size. The inner chamber is made of mirror-finished 304 stainless steel, and a mesh at the bottom of the test chamber holds the sample. Talc powder simulating dust is blown out from an opening on the top side of the test chamber, suspending in the chamber and falling onto the sample. Below the mesh is a conical structure to collect the dust. To prevent dust agglomeration, the machine has vibration and heating functions. During machine operation, the dust collected at the bottom of the test chamber is then blown back to the dust collection port at the top of the test chamber by a blower for recycling. The equipment supports both continuous and intermittent dust blowing. In addition, the equipment is equipped with a vacuum pump system, which can create a vacuum in the sample to simulate the negative pressure inside the product. All controls and operations are implemented through a touchscreen, making it very convenient and easy to use.
Our IPX7 immersion testing equipment consists of a cubic or cylindrical water tank. The tank is available in two materials: stainless steel and acrylic resin. Stainless steel tanks offer superior impact resistance and durability, while acrylic resin glass tanks have a transparent outer shell, allowing the operator to observe the sample’s condition in the water during IPX7 testing. Regardless of the material, the tank has excellent sealing performance and will not leak even after long-term use. The tank size can be customized to meet testing needs. During testing, the sample must be completely submerged in the water, ensuring contact between the sample and the bottom of the tank. This ensures that when the sample height is greater than or equal to 0.85 meters, the highest point of the sample shell is at least 0.15 meters below the water surface. When the sample height is less than 0.85 meters, the lowest point of the sample shell is at least 1 meter below the water surface.
The IPX7 water tank is equipped with inlet and outlet ports at the bottom, allowing for easy filling and draining by connecting to a tap water pipe. Furthermore, we can configure a sample container if needed; you can choose an automatic lifting device driven by an electric hoist, which can raise and lower the sample under remote control, improving operational convenience. Each test tank is equipped with a steel ruler for easy operator observation and control of the water level. Casters at the bottom of the equipment facilitate easy movement of the water tank within the testing area.
